Yes, I can stage a home that is already furnished. I can work with and advise on the existing furniture and decor to create a cohesive and appealing look that will help to maximise the home's potential.

Staging is focused on depersonalising and neutralising a space to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers, while decorating is focused on personalising a space to fit the specific tastes and preferences of the homeowner.

Once the contracts are signed, I can book your staging date within 10 days, followed by staging preparations. On your dedicated date I will collect the keys and complete the staging process within 24 hours, for larger projects this can be up to 48 hours. 

If you have a vacant property, as the stager, we handle that aspect, but if you have specific artwork or pricing preferences, feel free to share them with me for consideration.
