Yes, we can stage a home that is already furnished. We can work with and advise on the existing furniture and decor to create a cohesive and appealing look that will help to maximise the home's potential.

Staging is focused on depersonalising and neutralising a space to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers, while decorating is focused on personalising a space to fit the specific tastes and preferences of the homeowner.

Once the contracts are signed, we can book your staging date within 7-10 days*, followed by staging preparations. On your dedicated date we will collect the keys and complete the staging process within 24 hours, for larger projects this can be up to 72 hours. 

If you have a vacant property, as the stagers, we handle that aspect, but if you have specific artwork or pricing preferences, feel free to share them with us for consideration.  

If you already have a furnished property, we can adjust the staging to complement your existing furniture.
